Good to know

Stripe onboarding may look different for each merchant

Stripe determines which verification questions and onboarding steps are required. Your screens may differ depending on your country, business structure, account history and regulatory requirements.

Do not use another person's information

The information entered during Stripe onboarding should belong to the appropriate business owner, authorised representative or responsible individual.

Some Stripe features are optional

Services such as additional fraud protection, climate contributions and tax tools may be optional. Review Stripe's information and any applicable charges before enabling them.

Payment methods vary by merchant

Not every Stripe payment method will necessarily be available to every Dash to Cart merchant. Availability can depend on factors such as country, currency and Stripe eligibility.

Check your Stripe status before accepting orders

In Dash to Cart, go to Settings → Payment and confirm that your Stripe connection displays Active.
