Promotions: Coupons & Bundle Discounts

Coupons let customers redeem a promotional code at checkout for a product discount or shipping discount.

Go to Coupons and click Add Coupon.

Set the following:

• Name — internal name for the promotion.
• Hidden — hides the coupon from the storefront while still allowing customers with the code to redeem it.
• Scope — choose Product or Shipping.
• Redeem Code — the code customers enter at checkout.
• Valid From / Valid Until — set the promotion period.
• Short Description — short customer-facing summary.
• Full Description — optional additional promotion details.
• Reduction Type — choose Fixed amount or Percentage.
• Amount — enter the discount.
• Minimum Purchase — optional minimum order value required.
• Maximum Reduction — available where applicable to limit the maximum discount.
• Remaining Redemptions — control how many times the coupon can be used.

Click Create Coupon to save it.

The Coupons page shows the coupon's status, type, discount, validity period and remaining redemptions.

You can Edit an existing coupon or Hide it without removing the customer's ability to redeem the code.

Visible coupons may also appear on the storefront so customers can discover and copy the promotional code.

Bundle Discounts reward customers for purchasing a required number of products from a selected group.

For example, you can create offers such as Buy 3 Get 15% Off or Buy 5 and Get $30 Off.

Go to Bundle Discounts and click Add Bundle Discount.

Set the following:

• Name — internal name of the bundle promotion.
• Short Description — customer-facing promotional message shown on the product page.
• Full Description — optional additional details.
• Required Quantity — number of qualifying items customers must add to their cart.
• Discount Type — choose Percentage or Fixed.
• Discount Amount — enter the discount.
• Maximum Reduction — optional limit when using a percentage discount.

Click Create Bundle Discount.

Expand the bundle and click Add Product.

Search for the products you want to include and click Add. Customers can then combine qualifying products from the bundle to meet the required quantity.

Active bundle offers are displayed on participating product pages, helping customers see the promotion while shopping.

From the Bundle Discounts page, you can Edit, Archive or Delete an offer and manage the products included in it.

• Use Coupons when customers need a promotional code for a product or shipping discount.
• Use Bundle Discounts when you want to encourage customers to purchase several qualifying products together.
